What do you do when you are accused of abusing drugs?

In June last year my ex-wife accused me of abusing prescrition drugs. Now I can only see my children with a supervisor. I did see a lot of doctors at the ER and everytime they said I was having kidney stones. In the ER I NEVER took a narcotic for pain releif however they did prescribe them. In Aug I found out that I have a herniated disc that is pinching a nerve causing the pain. I tried to control it with NSAIDs and ended up in the hopstial for 4 days needing 4 units of blood transfusion. My doctor says being on 3 pills aday is not abuisng it but now I have to try and find someone (treatment program) and say no you have a vailid problem but they all say I have to admit to a problem. Any help?
